SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION ?

When you make a purchase from our web system, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

SECTION 4 - WestWorld

Our web system is self hosted . Our payment(s) system is provided by PayPal. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through WestWorlds and PayPals system and each has its own encryption system for data storage, databases and the general WestWorld application. Your data is on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then WestWorld and PayPal store your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our web system and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. The goals of the Community Standards are simple: treat each other with respect and without harassment, adhere to local standards as indicated by simulator ratings, and refrain from any hate activity which slurs a real-world individual or real-world community. Behavioral Guidelines - The 'Big Six'

Within WestWorld, we want to support Residents in shaping their specific experiences and making their own choices.

The Community Standards sets out six behaviors, the 'Big Six', that will result in suspension or, with repeated violations, expulsion from the WestWorld Community.

All WestWorld Community Standards apply to all areas of WestWorld, the WestWorld Forums, and the WestWorld Website.

INTOLERANCE
Combating intolerance is a cornerstone of WestWorld's Community Standards. Actions that marginalize, belittle, or defame individuals or groups inhibit the satisfying exchange of ideas and diminish the WestWorld community as a whole. The use of derogatory or demeaning language or images in reference to another Resident's race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or sexual orientation is never allowed in WestWorld.

HARASSMENT
Given the myriad capabilities of WestWorld, harassment can take many forms. Communicating or behaving in a manner which is offensively coarse, intimidating or threatening, constitutes unwelcome sexual advances or requests for sexual favors, or is otherwise likely to cause annoyance or alarm is Harassment.

ASSAULT
Most areas in WestWorld are identified as Safe. Assault in WestWorld means: shooting, pushing, or shoving another Resident in a Safe Area (see Global Standards below); creating or using scripted objects which singularly or persistently target another Resident in a manner which prevents their enjoyment of WestWorld.

DISCLOSURE
Residents are entitled to a reasonable level of privacy with regard to their WestWorld experience. Sharing personal information about your fellow Residents without their consent -- including gender, religion, age, marital status, race, sexual preference, alternate account names, and real-world location beyond what is provided by them in their Resident profile -- is not allowed. Remotely monitoring conversations in WestWorld, posting conversation logs, or sharing conversation logs without the participants' consent are all prohibited.

ADULT REGIONS, GROUPS, AND LISTINGS
WestWorld is a mixed community, and "Adult" content, activity and communication are not permitted on the WestWorld "mainland." Such material is permitted on private regions. In either case, any Adult content, activity, or communication, that falls under our Adult Maturity Definition must be on regions designated as "Adult," and will be filtered from non-verified accounts. Other regions may be designated as either "Moderate" or "General." For more information on how to designate land, events, groups, and classified listings, please carefully read the "Maturity Definitions."

DISTURBING THE PEACE
Every Resident has a right to live their WestWorld. Disrupting scheduled events, repeated transmission of undesired advertising content, the use of repetitive sounds, following or self-spawning items, or other objects that intentionally slow server performance or inhibit another Resident's ability to enjoy WestWorld are examples of Disturbing the Peace.

POLICIES AND POLICING

GLOBAL STANDARDS, LOCAL RATINGS
All areas of WestWorld, including the www.WestWorld.com website and the WestWorld Forums, adhere to the same Community Standards. Regions within WestWorld are noted as Safe or Unsafe and should be designated by the TG account holder as either "Adult," "Moderate" or "General." Resident behavior within each region must conform to the respective local rating.

WARNING, SUSPENSION, BANISHMENT
WestWorld is a complex society, and it can take some time for new Residents to gain a full understanding of local customs and mores. Generally, violations of the Community Standards will first result in a Warning, followed by Suspension and eventual Banishment from WestWorld. In-World Representatives, called Liaisons, may occasionally address disciplinary problems with a temporary removal from WestWorld.

GLOBAL ATTACKS
Objects, scripts, or actions which broadly interfere with or disrupt the WestWorld community, the WestWorld servers or other systems related to WestWorld will not be tolerated in any form. We will hold you responsible for any actions you take, or that are taken by objects or scripts that belong to you. Sandboxes are available for testing objects and scripts that have components that may be unmanageable or whose behavior you may not be able to predict. If you chose to use a script that substantially disrupts the operation of WestWorld, disciplinary actions will result in a minimum two-week suspension, the possible loss of in-world inventory, and a review of your account for probable expulsion from WestWorld.

ALTERNATE ACCOUNTS
While Residents may choose to play WestWorld with more than one account, specifically or consistently using an alternate account to harass other Residents or violate the Community Standards is not acceptable. Alternate accounts are generally treated as separate from a Resident's principal account, but misuse of alternate accounts can and will result in disciplinary action on the principal account. WestWorld does not exercise editorial control over the content of WestWorld, and will make no specific efforts to review the textures, objects, sounds or other content created within WestWorld. Additionally, WestWorld does not certify or endorse the operation of in-world games, vending machines, or retail locations; refunds must be requested from the owners of these objects.

ADULT CONTENT AND REGIONS
To access adult content, you must be at least 18 years old.

ACCESSING ADULT CONTENT.
To visit Adult-designated regions in WestWorld or view Adult-rated search results, you must be 18 years or older. We determine your age based on the birthdate you provide when you set up your WestWorld account. Set your Viewer preferences to view adult content.

LIMITING LAND ACCESS BY AGE
Estate and parcel owners of adult-rated regions must limit access to Residents who are 18 years of age or older. Underage Residents are blocked from entry and receive a notification to this effect.

REPORTING ABUSE

Residents should report violations of the Community Standards to the owners of WestWorld by note card, Email as noted on the contact page or by using the form on the Contact Page.

Child Avatar Policy

Under our Community Standards policy, real-life images, avatar portrayals, and other depictions of sexual or lewd
acts involving or appearing to involve children or minors are not allowed within WestWorld. When detected,
individuals and groups promoting or providing such content and activities will be subject to sanctions, which may
include termination of accounts, closure of groups, removal of content, and loss of land or access to land.
